We are pleased to see Crewe Vagrants hockey players using their new equipment

After leading the hockey club to success in winning their £1000 Aviva Community Fund, it is great to see the money well spent on pitch barriers. The barriers are already enabling a safer environment as well as using them to section off so a variety of training skills can take place. Players are also enjoying using their new water bottles which, organised by our Director, Matthew were a kind donation from Vitality Insurance. This statement from their website details their support for sport.

“We’re the Official Wellness Partner of England Hockey, both the men’s and women’s teams.  To celebrate the partnership, we’re offering our members regular chances to win once-in-a-lifetime hockey experiences, tickets to events and more.

Our longer-term aim is to help the sport continue to grow. So, to encourage more people at grassroots level to enjoy the many physical and mental benefits that being part of a team can bring, we support Back To Hockey – a community initiative of over 200 local clubs”
